    Voting members meeting agenda

    July 31ST, 2024

    Call to order: 1830 Members present 26

    Officers present: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Jams, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Postie / Elvis and Bug, Advocates; just Rob, Digger and Steveo.

    Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

    President’s report:

    River City Dodge, wants to give a vet that cannot ride anymore a ride in a Charger for the POW/MIA.

    For those going to Bull Lake on Saturday OC 1130 Wheels Rolling 1200.

    Vice president’s report:

    Times for Dan Kleckner will be posted on the board.

    Vote on revised By-Laws 1.9.1. Some fine tuning needed to be done, 26-Yea 0-Nea unanimous. I will print up copies for everyone as soon as I have the finished copy.

    Sargent at arms report:

    Especially for our sisters! Everyone needs to remember NO means NO! Show respect.

    Secretary’s report:

    If you have not filled out the member info sheet and patch agreement. (one per patch), please do so tonight. I need them to finish our new members list.

    I am not an advocate, please do not bring your complaints to me. Talk with an advocate, that is why we have them.

    We need to check in with all our members’ mental health. We do not want anyone to go through life alone. Too many vets die by suicide as is, not our brothers and Sisters!

    Pre-registration for POW/MIA is up and running.

    Scout had some business cards printed up with all the information for the POW/MIA. See Scout for the cards and pass them out to anyone that would be interested in attending our ride and or event.

    POW/MIA ride stops 1ST Speed trap in Rearden. 2ND Wagon Wheel in Suncrest. 3RD Lariat in Mead. Then back to the Outreach Center.
