Call to order: 1844      Members 31

Officers present: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Jams, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Elvis, Advocates; Just Rob, Digger and Steveo.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

President’s report:

11/23/2024: Flames memorial service will be at the OC. 1300-1500.

Ren Fair. Dawg is already working with them to avoid parking duty next year.

Thanks to everyone that participated in trunk or treat.

Thanks to everyone that escorted Willis. It was very emotional!

Treasurer’s report:

Elvis: Paying dues, please pay by cash or check, Starting January 01, 2025, there will be a sur charge of 3.5% for using square as they charge us 3.5% for every transaction.

Bug: Out of town.

Advocates report:

Just Rob: Nothing currently.

Digger: Nothing currently.

Stevo: Nothing currently.

Resource report:

BBW: We helped 9 vets so far this month.

We are helping one more with 1 mortgage payment. Members unanimously voted to help this vet. 31/0

Ride & event committee:

Gnomie:

11/09/24 1230 Special Forces cruise. $40.00 per head. Boat leaves the dock precisely at 1230, with or without you.

Outreach center report:

12/14/24 Christmas party at the OC. Times TBD. Family and friends. We need a Santa.

Puddles will take our fire extinguishers down to be recharged.

Looking into an annual liquor license,

01/01/25 OC. Rental goes up to $100.00 per event.
